Solid Oak Parquet Floors
Solid oak wooden floors are since generations an expression of luxury, warmth and conviviality. As the name implies, a solid floor is solid from top to bottom. Wood is an organic material and has its own character and reacts towards its environment and changes over time. Because of its own character a solid floor is recommended to be professionally installed and maintained.
Engineered Oak Parquet Floors
Composed or engineered oak floors consist of different wood layers, with on the top a noble, solid oak layer of 2-6 mm. By composing the floor of different layers (multilayer parquet), the stability of the floor greatly increases. Composed floors can be easily installed on most subfloors. We distinguish 2 main types : 3 layer and multilayer (> 3 layer). The multilayer floors are most appropriate for installation over floor heating.

Bamboo Parquet Floors
Unlike timber, bamboo is a member of the grass family. Bamboo grows rapidly and like grass, by cutting the bamboo tree it does not kill the plant. This means that bamboo parquet is an ecological and affordable alternative to other wooden floors. In addition, bamboo parquet is known to be hard and also has the advantage to absorb less humidity than traditional wood species.
